Playing on our Site. We want to make your experience on our site fun and productive. We know you are looking for that perfect baby shower gift or birthday present for your favorite little fan so to make it easy use the pull down menus on the left of the site to view products by university, driver, or product category or use our quick links on the right.
Ordering. Just find your favorite products and select the “Add to Cart” button. You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We accept VISA and Mastercard. All Credit card payments are processed through industry standard secure servers. We do not accept checks and will ship your merchandise upon receipt of your check. No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Virginia. Please be aware if you are ordering products to be delivered to a Virginia address we must collect a 5% sales tax.

International Orders: Baby Fanatic does not currently ship outside the 48 contiguous states. If you do have a little fan or big fan for that matter who can live a minute longer without their Baby Fanatic gift, please email us at customercare@babyfanatic.com and we will try to accommodate any special shipping needs. Please note that international orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges.
Shipping: Most items ship the next business day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description. Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected. Only business days are counted in transit time. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs. Shipping charges are based on the total order amount. Baby Fanatic ships all items using FedEx Ground or Express.

Returns: Customer Satisfaction is our first priority at Baby Fanatic. To that end, if you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it. The product and packaging must be in its original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
